Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing.
Due to the impact of covid-19, please expect shipping carrier delays of 1-3 business days on both domestic and international orders. This includes expedited orders.

Our warehouse is operating at full capacity but some carriers may still be experiencing delays up to 3 business days. For new product launches, restocks, holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 3 - 5 business days due to high volume.

Our shipping is weight and dimension based - many of our products are large in size which means it is quite expensive to ship to our customers. We're constantly doing our best to bring you the most competitive rates and best experience. Our shipping is a not-for-profit center.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorises EverKin to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees EverKin may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay any additional taxes & duties not covered at checkout in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
DOES THE MAMA BAG™️ PAY FOR DUTIES & TAXES?
Duties and taxes are collected by the transporter at the time of delivery. This is a not for profit transaction charged by the county of import customs.
DOES THE MAMA BAG™️ SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States of America.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We’ll keep you updated via email and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use USPS to ship our orders. If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at info@themamabag.com before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT IS OUT OF STOCK?
We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days.
I ENTERED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
Contact info@themamabag.com immediately. In some cases we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that shipping is non-refundable. Contact customer care for further assistance.
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT, WHAT DO I DO?
If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an up-charge. The Mama Bag is not responsible for paying this up-charge. To avoid the up-charge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.
Please contact info@themamabag.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier. If you purchased shipping insurance through Route you can go through your Route confirmation email and file a claim directly.
